“When Jonathan offered a new methodology or practice modality called Creative Spirit Reading, I jumped to experience the new energetic exploration of who I am. 

With the creative spirit reading, for me, there was an opportunity to dissolve an old story from childhood that was stopping my creative essence.

During the session, I asked for the meaning of a Robin bird that was actively hitting my patio door for a few years now.  I tried talking to the bird but through the session Jonathan said I needed to focus on listening.  The word RAGE came up.  For me my first thought was "OMG this is going to be so hard and painful". Jonathan stated that Rage was multi generational on my maternal side.

My guides told me to sit with energy and not be afraid.

I sat with energy for two days.  My guides told me that it would be easy to transform RAGE.  I was able to transmute the energy from my throat chakra for my ancestors, myself and future generations.  No longer will there be store anger, frustration and rage.  If this had not been brought to my attention the Robin would still be beating its head against my window and I would be carrying around generational trauma.

The robin still visits my patio but sits on the ledge.  I will be watching for new information from the Robin.  By the way, the Robin was one of my mother’s favorite birds.
